There were trigger-worthy content (rape, to name only one) but wasn’t glorified by the mc imo. There wasn’t much positive interactions between the two main characters but you can see them warming up to each other (this will be a slow burn for sure). The plot was very interesting and I’m curious to know what comes next. I read that the next two books have less problematic scenes so I’m looking forward to it since it made me uncomfortable at times..:/ Anw I’m off to read the next volume!
