Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain
4.0
As a bleeding heart introvert, this book could (almost) not have resonated with me more. I particularly liked Part Four, which built really thorough relationship-, job-, parenting- blueprints off a solid foundation of research and clinical studies explored in the first three parts.
This followed my favorite kind of psychological nonfiction roadmap: affirmation of my lived experience, challenges to what I think I know, exploration of my beliefs and emotions, and introduction to lots of new learnings.
4.25 stars
