The set up was great, but honestly everything felt predictable. She was overwhelming herself with work and helping out friends and her family, on top of her very demanding job in the hospital. It didn't seem realistic, first of all, and second, I didn't want to read the "it all blows up in her face" storyline where she would inevitably have deep conversations with everyone about how she overcommitted herself only to disappoint everyone and herself. I only really cared about the love story, but it was going too slowly for my interest.
