I struggled to finish this book, first because the narrator is not my cup of tea, then it was because the story is just not that appealing. The one good thing was
the stalker guy never appeared to cause conflict near the end. His presence is always there because he exists in Natalie's mind but I'm glad he didn't popup in the story as a third act conflict.
I just don't quite feel the chemistry I suppose, Natalie says Taylor makes her feel safe, but I don't quite see how since they met maybe 2 months max. I think length of knowing aside, it's more their interactions, I just don't feel it.
I do like that Taylor
suggested therapy for Natalie, because realistically your romantic partner cannot help you with all of your emotional needs, they don't have the right tool fo handle traumas at time and putting the burden on them would kill a relationship.

At the end of the story
1 year later Natalie and Taylor had a secret wedding and Natalie went to therapy and Taylor was promoted to by the right hand woman for her boss in the office.
It's not a glamorous story by any means despite the Hollywood backdrop, it's a slice of life story almost with 2 characters with the internal/external struggles that they must go through.
