Here's the problem for me with this book.
1. I listened to this as an audiobook which I've never done before. Needless to say, I do not like audiobooks. I can read much faster than I can listen and taking a break from listening feels like I'm losing my place in a book more than if I was just reading. This is a me thing for sure because also I will zone out sometimes! I'm not going to catch everything! Also the audiobook was narrated by a woman and her doing the voices for the men GAVE ME THE ICK? Like I couldn't stand her Julian voice but I was a Julian stan in the previous too books.
2. Once again, Stephanie has such an interesting story and character ideas but it's just not written well! The execution is not there!

This 3 star rating is a combination of my experience just getting through the book and the quality of writing unfortunately.
