I actually like these two and the obvious wrongness of Ivan's investigation. He figures this out but not pinpointing the obvious bad guy was an issue. Still I can see Parker not trusting and reacting the way he did except

he was having issues with his boyhood "friend". Trust issues, now he should have them with both guys, yes. But taking a moment to really see what is going on.

I actually liked this one a bit more than the first (unlike many of my friends) because I felt for Parker who was being manipulated on both sides even though one side was not trying to screw him over. Still he was deceived so how do you get over that? I liked the twists, seeing Davy and Kurt from the first book and knowing that Kurt's brother is next. I will be reading on.
