this may have just found itself on my list of top books ive read this year..
there's something so special to me about friends to lovers and add a fake dating scheme into the mix and i am sold and SAT.
i knew i would enjoy this book because i Adored the first one of this series but she Really blew this one out of the water. shawn and lacey had such a special relationship from the start due to their best friends being together and it was so NICE to see such a pure relationship between two people with an insane amount of chemistry.
every single chapter you could Feel their feelings through the pages and words and my favorite part of fake dating is the work up to the "end" of their arrangement and both of them realizing "oh shit i don't want this to end." .
the way shawn loved lacey and vice versa is probably one of the most insane things ive read in a romance book in a while and god did it make me feel lonely LOL
i loved the sweet little moment of dallas and maven in this book and i am beyond excited for the next one to come out and hear chelsea talk about this series later this month!
