Tatiana and Alexander by Paullina Simons

4.0

4.5 stars. The sequel to the epic Bronze Horseman. In this book, we learn more about Alexander's history and family. The story moves from present to past over a span of several years as the reader witness Tatiana and Alexander's struggles to live and move on with life without each other.

It's absolutely heartbreaking reading how much Alexander and Tatiana yearn for each other as they are countries and continents apart.

I just couldn't help wondering whether or not they will ever see each other again as each chapter and years pass when despair and the reality of the two lovers reunion slips further and further away.

The Bronze Horseman ranks as my favorite books of all time. Period.
