I love a good post-apocalyptic/dystopian read. I signed up for Watchers, but decided to snag Breeders on KU first and am so glad I did.

Breeders set the tone and base for what is going on in the world. Watchers continued it. I love the little details that were tossed in from the first book…like the door handle and movie.

This series packs on the breeder trope hard so if that’s not your thing then consider yourself warned.

I loved Syl/Bash(Ashton)’s journey and how protective and possessive he was with her. It was interesting to see where they started and how it ended up by the end of the book. The way the bond started was so different from the couple in the first book finding their bond! Also loved the growth of Jace in this too and hope he gets a HEA.

I am not sure what is meant for the series but am glad I stumbled upon this opportunity to read it and will keep my eye out for more from this world because I am invested and finding myself also loving the shifters in this series.
