Lost and Found by Natalie Shampanier was a hit in my house. The story centers around a toy Dino boy who sets out on a quest to find himself a new home. A few of his friends join him, determined to do the same. Together they encounter some obstacles that slow their search but brings them on a wonderful adventure. In the end, the toys are brought back to the Lost and Found by a hand without luck in finding a forever home. Fortunately for them, the next day brings joy and happiness and they each get the happy ever after ending they so deserve.
Lost and Found is a beautifully illustrated picture book with bright colors and fun obstacles for the toys to encounter. The narrative is rhyming book suggested for 3 - 10 years of age.
This received a five star rating from my daughter as well, since we have already repeatedly read this book.
Highly recommend to anyone with younger children.
