Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown

5.0

I really enjoyed this book about how to pursue less but to also purse BETTER - as a professional people pleaser, I definitely can struggle with doing too much, saying no, and setting and enforcing healthy boundaries. There are great tips and tricks in this to help with all of those.

This easy-to-consume book breaks down some fantastic strategies for addressing the 4 Es of Essentialism: Essence, Explore, Eliminate, and Execute. I found them realistic (if difficult) and easy to understand, which is a stumbling point in a lot of books like this, in my opinion.

Fantastic read and definitely one I would recommend and plan to return to.
