Rot & Ruin

I wish they had a 3.5 rating.
This was definitely a good story. I love the zombie genre in general, and this book served the genre well. I guess I was just impatient. The story took a long time to get moving. I struggled through the first few chapters.
One of the problems with reading YA fiction as an adult is sometimes the teens are annoying. And Benny Imura was definitely an annoying, angst-ridden teen. But his character development was good in the end.
I'm definitely interested in the sequel. Interested to see where these characters go.
