As Kabi Nagatas autobiographical Mangas go, I really enjoyed reading it. I just feel relaxed, because there isn't necessarily a fast pace of everything happening, but there is a lot of emotional things to process. The topics are dark, the protagonist is constantly in a bad place mentally, but writes about it matter of factly, like it's just part of life. Her journey is soothing in that way, and makes me hopeful that negative situations are solvable, and can be a brutal way of showing you the truth about yourself. She isn't describing pain as good or necessary, but as a signal for change, and I really like that.
Graphic: Alcoholism and Mental illness
Moderate: Suicidal thoughts
