Twilight / Life and Death by Stephenie Meyer

That alternative ending though!
I want to start this review by saying that yes, I was a little embarrassed to be essentially re-reading Twilight. I love the series because it was the first thing I ever really read because I wanted to, and not because teachers at school were telling me to read something, but there are obviously other books out there that are more enjoyable than Twilight. However, I did love revisiting the characters and plot lines that I was obsessed over at the tender age of eleven. It left me feeling warm and nostalgic...that was until I hit the ending and felt like I had just been punch in the heart by Muhammad Ali!
I genuinely do recommend this book to people, whether you were a complete Twi-Hard such as myself or otherwise. -Sigh- My first book of 2016, and what a way to start the year :)
