I loved Annika and her guys! I was excited when I learned Annika was Ranger’s sister, though they are nothing alike.
Annika, originally Sparrow, has run away from everything after her parents and the majority of her guards have been unalived.
She runs from the danger, but she also runs from the cage she is positive her brother Ranger will put her in. Fast forward some years, and Annika hasn’t been as well hidden as she thought.
This book was fantastic with its darker and edgier vibes. Jillian West shows us even more of what she is capable of when she brings us her books, stepping a bit out of her comfort zone of sweet and cozy to bring in a few dark vibes.
The spice was absolutely delicious, and it hits some pretty great kinks.
