The Book Is A Very Short Read. I Finished Reading It Within One And A Half Hour. The Author Has Mentioned A Lot Of Techniques For Self-Discipline. He Has Given Some Short And Basic Insights About Food Habits, Meditation, And Excercise And Also On How To Do Them. He Also Mentions In The Book That It Should Be Done For 21 Days As It Takes 21 Days To Make New Habits. He Even Mentions That After 21 Days Are Over We Should Still Keep Doing Them. It Is A Cute Book Where The Author Has Given The Basic Points To Good Health But I Think He Could Have Explained The Things In A Little Bit More Detail Otherwise It Is A Really Good Book. I Read This Book Through Kindle And It Was A Good Read.
