A Bollywood Affair
by Sonali Dev
3.5 stars. Rating this book was so complicated.
For the first half plus of this book, I found it kind of frustrating. Honestly, neither Mili nor Samir were that likeable or relatable for me (full acknowledgement that I may not be the target audience to find them relateable). Then it felt like the book was going on for too long. I think there were too many conflicts, something I don't think I've ever said before. However, the last 15% of the story really got to me and hit all the emotional notes I was hoping for.
