The Library Book by Rebecca Gray

3.0

Short pieces about how authors were affected by having access to libraries early in their lives. Nothing really surprising here, except the one odd short ghost story. For readers, some of the pieces are well enough written that memories will be kindled. (Yep, that thar's sort of a joke, son.) It did spark me to post a rage on FB about the criminal status of libraries and bookstores here in Pampanga. Think I'll even post an entire short story of mine on FB, which opens in the public library in Brush, Colorado in 1961.
