All I wanted was their relationship to develop... ALL I WANTED! And you'll have to read and find out, but dear god is it slow development.
I liked that this book dived into Namid's teeth and claws getting interested in the sweet blood, and how that in turn spurs the events of this book. The main character is still a Mary Sue, but this is a delightful read overall.
