A bit difficult to follow as there are a lot of people and names. Not a linear story, more a collection of memories that is pulled together somewhat vaguely chronologically. You get pulled into a peculiar family dynamic, where the narrator is almost completely left out (which leaves the reader wanting more). Probably innovative storytelling for its time, but it couldn't really pull me in.
