Earth's End by Elise Kova

4.25

May 2024 reread
Once again, bumping up to 4.25. Expectations were better set, and I had a much more enjoyable time reading than the first time.

3.5 stars
I realize I'm going to sound rather repetitive in my reviews of this book, as it seems to just be the writing style of Elisa Kova. The beginning and end were where much of the action takes place and the pacing in the middle is a little slow for my taste. There is some good character development as the series continues, which is super pleasant to read! Especially in Vhalla - at the end I wasn't sure where her intentions were going to lead her, but she showed some wonderful strength and surprised me with her decision. And with that ending, I'm very curious to know what else is in store for her!
