Needing to Know for Sure: A Cbt-Based Guide to Overcoming Compulsive Checking and Reassurance Seeking by Sally M. Winston, Martin N. Seif

5.0

Great, simple book for anyone with intrusive anxious thoughts. I recommend to self-help lovers and those in the mental health field.
A big criticism however is the way the author suggests that intrusive thoughts are indicative of OCD. Although that is a criteria of OCD, rumination and worry can also be seen in GAD and PTSD, and in milder forms, are a part of being human.
