An incredible story about strong women, love, and chemistry. While reading I felt like I could go switch on the TV and was Supper at Six. I wanted to meet Elizabeth and watch her cook. While at the offset this book appears to be about Calvin and Elizabeth’s love story you quickly realize it’s not. Instead Calvin allows us to dive into and see a part of Elizabeth the world will never see. This story shows you the importance of finding your own family, fighting for yourself, and standing up for what you believe in.
