I don’t think I will ever forget this book. I’m not a big fantasy reader, so I was nervous about picking this one up. I am SO GLAD I did because I don’t think I’m ever going to be the same! The writing was phenomenal. I didn’t get lost in the world building too often and it wasn’t too incredibly complex to follow. Some predictable parts, yes. But, there were many things I did not see coming. I was stunned at the end. The romance piece wasn’t super heavy but when it did pick up towards the end it was awesome. Characters were complex and strongly developed. I finished this in 2 days because I couldn’t put it down. Absolutely cannot wait for the next book.
