A fun, engaging read for fans of Harry Potter, Diana Wynne Jones, and other magical worlds. It’s the kind of book you want to curl up with in front of a fire with a cup of tea - the setting draws you in, and the story has enough twists to stay interesting while not getting bogged down in unnecessary complexity.
