I don't think I enjoyed this quite as much as the first. I did find Felicity to be in some ways a more likeable and interesting protagonist than Monty, I found Johanna and Sim to both be a little underwhelming, and the plot wasn't quite as engaging for me.
Still a great read though, especially for feminism through a 1700s contextÂ
