Continues the saga of Greg and his dysfunctional family. This book is full of the road trip they indulge in -his mom's great idea of family time. As usual there are umpteen number of hilarious goof ups and adventures. Rodrick is as evil and Manny as impish as ever, the poor suffering parents continue to suffer with good grace, and Greg , the non - controversial middle brother bears the brunt many a time. I thoroughly enjoyed the read. This one earned a star less because many of my favourites including Huffley aren't their and certain incidents seemed contrived. Nevertheless , a much enjoyable series.
