Typical sci fi. Fun ideas, some poignant moments but generally shitty writing and characters. The short stories format plays to the strengths and means you get lots of the ideas and care less for the characters and dialogue. Half of the stories usually contain a conversation or monologue that just explain the idea of the story lol. Fairly clunky. 
There's no bad story either although they vary in how much I enjoyed them.
