Warriors: The Broken Code #5: The Place of No Stars
by Erin Hunter
Did I know I wasn’t gonna like it when I picked it up? Yes. Did I not enjoy it. Absolutely. I think the only thing I liked about this book was the cover.
I hate where this series is going. There was so much talk and not enough action. And then there was so much at the end it made me roll my eyes. And then I’m sorry, Bristlefrost and Rootspring? For so long she denied his advances. Remaining loyal to ThunderClan. Then out of nowhere she says that she loves him? WTF? But then again, there has been a theme now where no one is loyal to their clan anymore. Even Dovewing. I still can’t believe she left ThunderClan for ShadowClan and Tigerstar. It really doesn’t seem like her.
This is not the same series I read when I was young. I don’t care that I’m older now and this is meant for a young audience, this series has gone down the drain.
