This is definitely my favourite Colleen Hoover book to date. You go into it thinking it'll just be another Contemporary, but then you'll get sucked into the deep message that's dug deep within. We all take life for granted, but I think Slammed really opened my eyes because it was so affected.
If I want to be a successful person then I have to be the one to go out and work my ass off. I won't get that far by doing nothing and waiting for it to come to me, so thank you Colleen Hoover for making me realise that.
If you love a good crying session then you'll enjoy this book. Sometimes a guy just has to cry and this one pushed all those tears out of my guard, which I call eye sockets.
I cried and cried, and cried.
Also that Slam Poetry was beautiful. Eddie's made me cry so much!
