Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson

When I saw that this book was dedicated to all the girls who found themselves in books, I knew I had to read it. A girl growing up feeling more attached to books, even magical ones, than humans was very relatable to me. Elisabeth is a strong female protagonist who isn't without her faults; I loved how real she was. Nathaniel was ever inch the brooding man, and Silas was the most perfect companion. Honestly, I could go on and on about how much I fell in love with all the things about this book: characters, world building, magic system. My only question is... when is the next one?
