The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid

5.0

There was some predictable plot points but on the whole I really enjoyed the premise of an aging bombshell doing her memoir after 7 marriages. It has a thirteenth tale vibe to it but it’s so much more. Evelyn is a flawed complicated woman who has to come to terms with her life, and as that is happening Monique is trying to figure her own messy life out. All in all it will probably be on my best books of the year even though it’s only January.
