Maybe 3.5? I agree with a lot of the concepts Wiseman brought up in the book and learned some things too! I think my hesitation towards giving it a 4 is that I feel like there are two things overlooked that I would have liked to see. 1) luck and access to opportunities - the book puts the locus of control on the individual, but I feel like it only tells part of the story. 2) how to avoid going overboard - the book only briefly discussed burnout, but there's a fine a line between taking the actions described in this book and overdoing it. It would have been great to hear pointers on how to keep things in check.

That said, I do realize that there are entire books that cover those other topics, so maybe I'm asking for too much.
