This has so many of my favorite tropes: grumpy single dad who falls for the nanny, plus an age gap! I love the incorporation of the Deaf community. Asher (dad) and Phoebe (nanny) are a fun couple. The beginning has all the angst and forced proximity that I love! When Asher started to become a marshmallow, has Phoebe deemed him, I ate it all right up. Phoebe’s relationship with the daughter, Liv, was super cute. They become best friends, and she helps Liv through trouble with friends and others who don’t understand her lack of hearing. For me, it started to fall a little flat about the 65% mark - felt like a plateau. I wasn’t super excited a about the ending, but I loved the ride.
