One of the best books I’ve read this year? Yes. Should you read it? Absolutely.
Legends & Lattes feels like a loving memory you have forgotten or the most bone breaking, suffocating hug you can imagine impossibly translated from the page. It is an achievement to say the least - I’m not usually absorbed by character driven novels, but the atmosphere of the book, the inspiration and Viv made me fall in love.  Though the world is not really explored, and backstories aren’t heavily uncovered, none of this feels absent or forgotten. It is a beautifully crafted cosy tale about orc desperate to belong somewhere and is filled to to the brim with the kind of fantasy I am desperate for more of. I don’t know how the author crafted this tale so perfectly. It is wonderful. Read it!!
