i’m both perplexed and intrigued.
I read this pretty quickly for what i thought i would spend reading it. The writing style took me a bit to get used to but i feel like it got better.
More importantly, wtf was the world building? like
i thought i would have a little clue as to what the word we were in was like and i’m actually more confused about that aspect now than i was when i started :/
I’ll definitely continue the books bc i enjoyed the immediate plot but i’m really hoping some aspects improve from the first book to the next one
