This is the third book and I'm pretty sure the end of one story arc. It's time to face high burn. And nothing is going the way that they hoped. There is an alliance people once thought to be enemies aren't truly enemies, but the war is brutal and takes away so much. There is a lot of death. But I couldn't help but rooting for Rhys and feyre . She finally seems to understand and master her powers. She definitely finds her voice. But mytwo biggest complaints would be that I wish that enemies stayed enemies. It's as if everything is supposed to be forgiven but nothing is addressed And there are other - ways to get to
This Point without that character flipping sides or even the appearace of it. My other complaint is the road to get to the actual battle was too long and filled with too many side skirmishes. But I did enjoy the emotional back and forth.
