At the Bridgerton masquerade ball, Sophie is invited to the private terrace by Benedict Bridgerton. 

Sophie has found work as an upstairs for Mr. and Mrs. John Cavender. Phillip is always leering and being inappropriate to her. Benedict saves her.

Benedict asks her to be his mistress. Brings her to his mother for employment.
Sophie loses her virginity. Benedict figures out she is the lady in silver. 

Sophie quits. Arrested by Araminta and tossed into jail. Bridgerton's save her. HEA.
