If I had read this ten years ago, I would have been blown away. Thankfully I’ve done a lot of work and healing in that time and instead of this book being a brand new idea for me it was a warm hug, a reassurance that I’ve come a long way, and a chance to feel really seen. I highly recommend this one to every person who had/has an emotionally immature caretaker. I’m looking forward to the authors other books on the subject.
