Cauldron boil me.
I don't know if this book was a good read to listen when you're in between a book series. This was a buddy read with my book besties, and man it broke all of us apart.
The writing was truly well written. The narrators, Tim Paige and Carly Robbins, did an immaculate job. I got all the things I needed. Grief, anger, pain, love, lost love, anguish. Just a cherry on top.
Though I will say, I was gonna have problems with Rebecca Yarros if we didn't get an HEA.
