This book wasn't bad, but it also just wasn't really my thing. It was well written, with solid characters and arcs, but I just never really could care about the characters. I dunno, not for me.
The only real criticism I have is in regards to the cultural aspects of the world building. I've never been a fan of slapping down real life cultures on different parts of a map and calling it a day. It feels lazy, and unfortunately, this book definitely did that.
