Update February 2025 during a reread: this is one of the best books out there. Being a therapist, I hear the topics and issues in this book allllllll the time. It’s amazing what we can accomplish and see shift relationally when we are expressive and communicative. It’s a great reminder for me being married for a couple years now about what keeps a marriage going. This book captures the beauty and ugliness of relationships and marriage so wonderfully. I love it.
