This book strings together many of Wil's blog entries over the years with commentary by him in between. Since I hadn't read his blog, I didn't end up reading things I'd previously read, so I was glad of that.
I liked that he was open and honest about his feelings and difficulties, but sometimes it came across whiny. I also liked hearing about some of his experiences re STNG.
Maybe this sounds harsh, but sometimes when he was going on about how hard it was not being recognized fully as part of the STNG family and his difficulties transitioning from STNG to not being able to get any acting jobs, I couldn't help but have this running refrain in my head: First world problems, Wil.

He commented on how his writing improved later on, and I agree. So good on him for persevering and becoming a good writer. He got better at making his point without it sounding victimized.

I wish it would have gone into how he got back into his more recent acting in Big Bang Theory and Eureka and even Felicia Day's Geek and Sundry videos. But hey, maybe that'll be the next book.

Overall, I'd say worth a read if you're into the Geeky/Comic-y/Convention type stuff.
