Virgin MMC, new neighbors, enemies to lovers, grumpy/sunshine, female carpenter/male librarian. 

The names in this book are something else. Is Rune even a name?? The cover with the real human woman on it is sooooo much better than the cartoon people cover. This is really more of a novella. 15 books is a ton to make someone read who doesn’t like to read, or doesn’t ever do it. 

Needed better editing. 

4 sex scenes. I was glad Rune wasn’t a virgin due to past trauma. 1🔥
