This book was a solid follow to the first book and did a good job building on its themes and plot as well as wrapping up the story (I love a good Duology). I think I wasn’t as focused on it as I would have wanted just because of fandom events, but I definitely enjoyed it when I was reading and can imagine coming back and reading it again to zip through.
