The Perfect Homecoming by Julia London
3.0

This has been a fun and emotional series to read, and I'm going to miss it. That being said, from the first book I was realm interested to find out more about Emma, and in this book I did learn a lot about her, the the book seemed way to long and very short on the romance. The first 60% was Emma feeling bad about herself, feeling left out, and telling Cooper that she didn't have the metal and that he wanted to kiss her. That's it, it is also the only real interaction that her and Cooper had until the end, so the sudden feelings that they had made know sense to me! Also the sisters had major flaws but there was something likable, that was until Emma. To me she seemed to not want to change her ways, I know she has said repeatedly that she was trying to but that didn't really seem believable. Lastly the ending destroyed me, I knew it was coming but I still wasn't prepared for it.
