Jane Austen es una de mis escritoras favoritas. Sus historias siempre quedan en mi mente y me trasmiten mucha paz porque todas sus obras son simplemente hermosas.
En esta historia Fanny Price es adoptada por sus tíos millonarios, los Bertram como obra de caridad. Pese al hostigamiento y la frialdad con la cual es recibida y tratada, Fanny encontrará refugio en su primo Edmund con el que establecerá una estrecha relación de afecto a lo largo de los años que la llevar a ser testigo de la llegada de unos extraños y de todas las relaciones que se generan en Mansfield Park.Fanny, desde su sumiso silencio, será capaz de observar las consecuencias de aquel mundo de seducción y amenazas mientras intenta no perderse a ella misma en el proceso.
Este libro es como una fuente de chocolate dulce y sabrosa, aunque a veces puede llegar a ser un poco amarga algo que genera sorpresa pero que también te deja con ganas de más…

Jane Austen is one of my favorite writers. Her stories always remain in my mind and give me a lot of peace because all her works are simply beautiful.
In this story Fanny Price is adopted by her millionaire uncles, the Bertrams as charity. Despite the harassment and coldness with which she is received and treated, Fanny will find refuge in her cousin Edmund with whom she will establish a close relationship of affection over the years that will lead her to witness the arrival of strangers and all the relationships that are generated in Mansfield Park. Fanny, from her submissive silence, will be able to observe the consequences of that world of seduction and threats while she trys not to lose herself in the process.
This book is like a sweet and tasty chocolate fountain,although sometimes it can be a little bitter something that generates surprise but also leaves you wanting more ...
