Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe

4.0

I really appreciate the author for writing this memoir and sharing eir story. Personal stories are important and help us to learn and grow, and I felt that I did learn a lot reading it. My issues with the book were that the story kind of jumped around, almost like it was just following the author's stream of thought (which is not a bad thing, it just didn't work for me in this case), and that the ending was extremely abrupt. 3.5*
