My love of Andy Weir's writing started with The Egg, then The Martian, and now Project Hail Mary. I value how detailed his scientific elucidations go. Exploring scientific theories in detail makes the unique worlds we explore seem natural in all their unimaginable originality. Genious, honestly.
Aside from nerding out on all the scientific commentary throughout this tale, Andy Weir's Project Hail Mary is cinematic, always funny, and the quintessence of humanity's compassion and hope. Even those of you who don't love sci-fi would love, or at the very least, enjoy this story.
