Sapphire Sunset by C. Travis Rice

4.0

Sapphire Sunset is the first book in the Sapphire Cove series. It's a sweet and sexy romance between two openly gay men, Logan and C0nnor, that are complete opposites.

Logan Murdoch is a former Marine who is now living with his dad and about to start a security job at Sapphire Cove. He really needs this job to help support and pay for his dad's hospital bills. On his first night on the job, Logan meets and instantly falls for Connor Harcourt, the grandson/son of the owners of the resort. After one sizzling kiss, Logan knows he can't move forward with his feelings since he can't jeopardize his job. Connor leaves town and doesn't return for five years when there are some suspicious things going down at the resort.

Logan is a pure cinnamon roll hero and such a softie with Connor. They are perfectly suited for each other. I am so glad that they were thrown back together, working at the resort during the scandal. This is a steamy romance but had a great plot outside of that. I very much enjoyed this romance and look forward to Naser's story.
